What to contact us for
Nations Atlas welcomes messages from readers, contributors, and partners. The most common reasons people write to us are:
- Corrections and cultural feedback — you spotted an inaccuracy or missing nuance on one of our country pages.
- Reviewer applications — you are a native or long-term resident of a region we cover and want to join our cultural reviewer network.
- Partnerships — you represent a tourism board, cultural institution, language platform, or travel service and want to discuss a collaboration.
- Press and media requests — you are a journalist, podcaster, or academic looking to speak with the editorial team.
- Advertising or sponsorship — you want to sponsor our newsletter or a specific section of the site.
- General questions — anything else about how the site works.

Response times
We are a small team. Realistic response times, in business days:
- Corrections: within 3 business days; substantive corrections are actioned within 7 business days.
- Reviewer applications: within 5 business days.
- Partnership and sponsorship inquiries: within 5 business days.
- Press and media: within 2 business days for time-sensitive requests.
- Privacy and data requests: within the timeframes required by applicable law (30 days for GDPR, 45 days for CCPA).
- DMCA notices: we action valid notices within the timeframes required by 17 U.S.C. § 512.
We do not always reply to general reader mail individually, but we read every message and let it inform our editorial decisions.
Submitting a correction
If you have found a factual error, a cultural inaccuracy, an outdated figure, or a piece of nuance that we have missed on a country or topic page, please tell us. Include:
- The URL of the page.
- The specific sentence or claim that is wrong.
- Why it is wrong — and, if you can, a source we can verify against.

Applying as a cultural reviewer
We work with a rotating network of cultural reviewers who are native to, or long-term residents of, the regions we cover. If you would like to join, please email reviewers@nationsatlas.com with:
- Your name and city of residence.
- The region or country you would review for.
- Your relationship to that region — native, long-term resident, heritage speaker, academic specialty, etc.
- A short paragraph on any writing, translation, or editorial background.
- Optionally, a LinkedIn profile or portfolio link.
Our reviewers are paid per page reviewed at rates ranging from approximately US$50 to US$150 per page, depending on region and depth of review. Reviewers are credited by name and region on the pages they touch.
Partnerships and sponsorships
We accept a limited number of partnerships each quarter, including sponsored newsletter placements, region-specific content sponsorships from tourism boards or cultural institutions, and product placements for travel services (eSIM providers, money-transfer services, insurance, language-learning apps). Partnerships are always disclosed transparently in line with our advertising disclosure and do not shape editorial decisions.

Press and media
For media requests — interviews, comments, or background — please email press@nationsatlas.com with your outlet, deadline, and the topic. We can typically respond within two business days for time-sensitive requests. High-resolution logos and headshots are available on request.
What we cannot help with
To manage expectations, there are a few kinds of request we cannot help with:
- Personal travel planning. We publish general guides, not itineraries. For custom planning, please consult a travel agent.
- Immigration or visa advice for your specific case. Our guides are general reference. For a specific case, consult a licensed immigration attorney or the relevant embassy.
- Legal or financial advice. Anything on Nations Atlas is general information, not advice for your situation.
- Homework help. We are happy to be cited as a source in student work, but we cannot write or check assignments.

We publish independent editorial reviews as part of our travel prep and country guide content. We do not accept payment for coverage, and we do not review products or destinations on demand. If your service is relevant to our readers, our editors may cover it as part of a broader guide.
